Kiawah Island

Once inhabited by the Indians, today Kiawah Island is one of the richest natural environments on the southeastern coast. Separated from the mainland by 1 mile of salt marsh, the resort area offers golf, tennis, and other outdoor attractions. Residential and resort areas are separated and there is very little automobile traffic; consequently, much of the area’s beauty is undisturbed.

Kiawah Island Resort has 10 miles of beautiful beaches, swimming pools and even a children’s camp program. The Resort also offers a nature excursion program with a marsh creek canoe trip, sea kayaking, birding, and bike trips. There are sand sculpting contest, ice cream sculptures, beach parties and pool side movies. The resort’s tennis courts are listed #1 in the world by tennisresortsonline.com and ranked #2 in the nation by Tennis Magazine. You will find a variety of activities, instruction, services and tournaments that cater to all levels of play.

There are an assortment of Kiawah Island Resort vacation and business packages you can choose from--wedding, holiday, spa, tennis, and golf.

Kiawah Island is a Great Family Destination
